REFUND & EXCHANGE

Kajodi is committed to making your shopping experience a success and is offering exchange (one time) and returns (within 48 hours of delivery) for domestic shipments.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note : Any Item bought on discounted price/sale will not be eligible for any return/exchange.

STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1) Inform our team about returning the product within 48 hours of delivery on hello@kajodi.com

 2) We will arrange for the pick up within 48 hours.

3) Once the shipment is delivered back to us by our courier partner in original/unused condition, (it will take around 5-15 Days from return pickup day) we shall Credit Coupon in Your wallet within 72 hours you can use it another Buy. We will suggest you that please make Video at the time of Return pickup.

Please note :

Any return or exchange request after 48 hours of delivery shall not be entertained at all, under any circumstances.

INCASE OF SPECIAL OFFERS ,KINDLY READ THE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED ON OFFER AND DISCOUNT PAGES. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES WILL BE APPLICABLE ACCORDING TO THE SPECIAL OFFER. 

Incase of any special discount given by team on whatsapp or email, no returns or exchanges will be applicable and no separate mention will be there on invoice.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Kajodi official website i.e www.kajodi.com. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. We will suggest you that please make Video at the time of Return pickup. 

PLEASE NOTE ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside India) ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN UNDER ANY CONDITION

CANCELLATIONS

 You can cancel your order online within 2 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped or Generated Tracking No.

 
SHIPPING

 Subject to stock availability, generally we are dispatch within 48 Hours from order. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
